This website provides general information about Pristine Auto Spa and allows you to request information or a quotation. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content unlawfully.

Website content may change without notice. While we aim to keep information accurate, it does not constitute a binding quotation or guarantee unless confirmed by us in writing.

A booking is confirmed only when Pristine Auto Spa accepts it. Quotations are based on the information available at the time and may change after inspecting the vehicle, equipment, site conditions or scope of work.

You must provide accurate information, ensure lawful access to the service location and vehicle, and disclose material issues that may affect the work, including damage, fragile modifications, electrical faults, water restrictions or unsafe conditions.

We perform detailing services with reasonable care and skill. Results vary according to age, condition, previous repairs, materials, contamination and damage. Some stains, scratches, oxidation, odours or defects may not be fully removable.

Paint correction, polishing, ceramic coating and related services can reveal pre-existing defects. We will explain material limitations identified before or during the work where reasonably possible.

Prices, deposits, payment timing and cancellation terms will be stated in the applicable quotation or booking confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due when the service is completed.

If a booking cannot proceed because access, utilities, weather or site conditions are unsuitable, we may reschedule the work. Reasonable cancellation or call-out charges may apply where disclosed in advance.

Please remove valuables and personal items before service. Pristine Auto Spa is not responsible for unsecured items left in a vehicle or work area, except where loss or damage results from our proven negligence or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may ask permission to photograph or record completed work for quality records or marketing. We will not intentionally publish identifying customer information without permission. You may withdraw consent for future marketing use by contacting us.

Links and integrations involving WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google or other providers are also governed by those providers’ terms and privacy policies. Their services are outside our control and may change or become unavailable.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law. To the extent permitted by law, Pristine Auto Spa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate customer information, pre-existing defects, ordinary wear, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The website, branding, copy, photographs and other materials are owned by or licensed to Pristine Auto Spa. You may view and share links to the website for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
